After you've booked your party,
use the link below to fill out our Parteaz Order Form. 
The form allows you to choose activities and add special extras to your party.
It is also where you can select food and dessert for your guests.

 Do not fill out the form until you have paid your deposit
and confirmed your party date/time!

We strongly recommend that you fill out the form 7-14 days before your party. (In other words, when you are ready to order food and can provide a guest list.)
